b) Deliver a personalized brand of health and safety to encourage exemplary safety behavior,
c) Identify, recognize and reward individuals and teams who exemplify Safety is My Way,
d) Create a high performing ‘authentic’ safety culture where people actively care about the safety and wellbeing of themselves and others,
e) Communicate, consult and engage with our workers, leaders, clients, subcontractors and
stakeholders on health and safety matters to improve safety culture, compliance and performance,
f) Record and investigate incidents and noncompliances within our operations and implement
actions and, where appropriate, programs for future prevention,
g) Take reasonable steps to identify, eliminate and minimize health and safety risks and hazards so as to provide a safe work environment,
h) Implement, review, maintain and continuously improve our management system and practices to meet our business needs, client and other obligations, and
i) Comply with legal, client and other obligations to which we subscribe, relating to health and safety.
